original artwork and calligraphy that we dream up together. Be sure to make room for it on your wall.
Investment + Turnaround time
All custom invitation packages require a minimum investment of $1,500, regardless of quantity (not including save the dates). This design package includes a 5-piece suite (artwork, design, and digital printing for invitation and response card, as well as European flap envelopes for both pieces).
A recommended budget for custom invitations is between $2,500 - $4,000 for add-ons like custom maps, envelope liners, and wax seals. For luxury printing methods or materials such as letterpress, gold foil, and/or handmade paper, you can expect to spend upwards of $3,500.
We require a 50% retainer upon booking and the remaining balance will be due before printing your suite.
Our turnaround time is 6 - 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of your suite, printing methods, and whether we are taking care of addressing and assembly. Please try to contact us at least 6 months prior for invitations and 10 months prior for Save the Dates. We take on very few custom clients per year so we can ensure a high quality service for each and every one, so book as early as you can.

The Process

no. 01 inquiry + booking
The first step is to reach out through our custom wedding stationery form in as much detail as possible. Through this, you will give us an idea of your wedding vision and provide us with the necessary information for us to give you an accurate quote. The more information we have on what you like and don’t like, and your overall wedding aesthetic and tone, the more we can envision what your suite will look like and share our ideas to help you get the most our of your budget.
no. 02 inspiration + sketches
Once you have signed the contract, paid the deposit, and approved the timeline, I’ll send you a fun questionnaire that dives a little deeper! In order for me to design stationery that perfectly reflects you as a couple, I need to get to know you a little bit!
I’ll draft an artist sketch along with an inspiration moodboard to make sure our visions are the same.
no. 03 design + proofing
I do my artist thing and paint, draw, and letter all the artwork and calligraphy for your suite. It is carefully pieced together in a cohesive design and you will receive a digital proof to approve before your invitation goes to print. You have three complimentary rounds of revision to make sure you are 100% happy!
no. 04 printing + finishing touches
While your suite is printing, I order all the pretty styling supplies like ribbon and wax seals, and address the envelopes!

no. 05 assembly, mailing + day-of pieces
If you wish, I can assemble and mail your invitations for you so you don’t have to worry about any of it (Canadian couples only). I’ve been around the block with Canada Post so I’m a bit of an expert at this point and would love to make your life that much easier.
Additionally, it is often the couples’ wish that I create stationery such as menus, place cards, seating charts, and other day-of stationery to match their invitations and give their guests a cohesive experience. To secure availability, it is best to let us know while ordering your invitations.
